Politicians are still strictly self-servant. They care nothing about creating a better society. None cares about social change. Republican know it and are dear to the philosophy. That is why the whole ACORN debacle is proving to be a tactic of magnificent proportion. Conservative film makers went to as many ACORN offices imaginable with hidden cameras to find workers who would violate rules. The films produced were then posted online for all to see, and right-wing bloggers went bananas! Before you know it… the videos were broadcast on Fox News Channel, the 2nd most conservative entity in the world (The Republican Party is first.).

Now, every politician and government agency is denouncing the organization and stripping it of funding that is used to help poor people cope with being at the bottom of the socio-economic food chain in a nation that promises equality. This is a major win for conservatives. Democrats, now, agree to cut funding for various housing programs, voter registration drives, etc. that ACORN runs. Now, when elections come around, would-be Democratic voters will not cast their ballots for the Democrats’ candidates. Also, programs that assist people in the country who need the most assistance cease to exist.

So, an entire organization loses funding, because a few bad seeds. And, the Democrats fell for that obscuring campaign. Police departments all across the country run rampant with corrupt officers who CREATE evidence and beat citizens, and even kill unarmed men who pose no threat to them at all. Does that result in a denial of funding for those departments and governments that support them? No. Why? Because conservatives need those departments to further oppress the vulnerable lower class. ACORN loses funding, because the organization helps people of color and the poor. ACORN as a whole is completely against the Republican values and goals of denying the underprivileged their rights and liberties. So, ACORN and every other organization of its kind have always been attacked, and conservatives will not stop until all non-profits that help the above-mentioned people are destroyed.

Republicans played on majority Democrats’ fear and self-serving consciousness. Fight ACORN or it will cost you votes and re-election. The very people they vow to help, they end up hurting and neglecting for political gain. They put their constituents, the ones who voted them into office into positions to fend for themselves. Government agencies were responsible for killing JFK, MLK, Malcolm X, torturing many, many people, and have caused thousands to die in New York City back in 2001. There is evidence to back my claims, so wait before you start to attack me. It’s just classified for their own protection. Oh, my bad… for the good of national security. Don’t get me started! And, come one, send all the “conspiracy theorist” emails you can flood my mailbox with. With all the wrong and corruption in those agencies and programs, they continue to be defended, protected, and WELL-FUNDED. Wake Up And Smell The B.S.

This situation is a matter or life and liberty in the United States of America. No matter how minor you think of this controversy, this is something that will effect the people who still have no idea what ACORN is. This should all be scary to you. This should seem like something you've seen in a Hollywood suspense script or a bestselling novel. This is... life for the minorities in America.

Riddle me this. What Republican politician--better yet, any major politician--do you know who did a stump speech in the "hood"? When a major candidate lays out his campaign trail, do you see various ghettos and projects they will make their speech in front of? Of course you don't. Why? Well the stats are that, "People in inner-city areas don't vote." If they do vote, they know not to vote for a Republican. A Republican will try to take away all the services and programs that they use to help take care of their families for the last couple of generations. A Republican will throw out problems that they have with you but offer no solutions to help. So, they already know who the enemy is in their eyes. So what does a "smarter", richer, "wiser", more powerful enemy do to the the masses of it's enemy? Destroy any institution that there is to help better itself. (Democrats are no better! They hide behind their "desks" when the crap hits the fan. J.R. mentioned that nicely.)

The ACORN employees in those videos messed up badly. It doesn't take a "conservative" to tell you that. But who is actually the real idiot? Why would someone stoop so low as to pretend to be a pimp and a prostitute (the conservatives' proverbial boogie-man) and make up a story to get ACORN in trouble, violating laws your damn self!?! I don't know what values are in this country anymore. I have no idea how I will explain this to my kids when they read this in history books. "Son... It's okay to lie and say you're something you're not, record it, and send it to FOX news, so that people who look like you can't vote or receive information on how to better their lives!"

REALLY!

A light bulb should go up in every minority neighborhood in America. You are what they are afraid of. A lot of people say that: "I don't have a voice. I'm poor. They won't listen to me." And, you're right; you don't, and they won't. But, if they will stoop this low to destroy you... COUNTERATTACK NOW! Start "marches" (not tea parties, people need to read a damn history book!), call your local representatives, and let them know you will not be destroyed. Let them know you will not let YOUR institution be laughed at when defense contractors can have homosexual looking parties when they should be protecting our embassies. Let them know that they can't come into your neighborhood and break the law, just so the federal government can cut funds for something that you need, when they tax us to death for everything that they need (which most of the time is breaking some law!).

ACORN does need some restructuring, true enough. But, so does our politicians. The Republicans don't want to ever lose the presidency nor Congress ever again. Especially to a Black guy. Your voice was heard on November 4th 2008. They had to listen, and they were petrified. They are trying to cover your mouth again. This time I hope you don't let them succeed.

For everyone who was "disgusted" by what they saw ACORN do on camera, Grow up! This is America. You may not like on-the-street "pimps" and "hoes", but you listen to Wall St. "pimps" and Washington "hoes" everyday, and you eat their words up. You may not like the fact that minorities have programs that help them do what you take for granted everyday, but this is what you made them do. Now, you're mad, because they are using it against you.

We are on the path to becoming a third world country. Yes, this is a bold prediction, but all the evidence suggests so. The grand idea of capitalism is captivating--and as I have to admit--a necessity in the pursuit of greater technology, including medical advancement and creation of new medications. But since the introduction of oil as a fuel source, the fight has not been to better communities and societies. Oil has only driven the exercise of exploitation for resources. Oil has made it possible to reach any part of the globe in less than a day; we can even leave Earth even quicker for that matter. As power is put into the hands of individuals and corporations whom has the resources to reach and control certain resources of the world, animal instincts take control, and the power and greed consumes them. In combination with democracy, this will be proven to result in a disastrous outcome, since capitalism focuses on profits--and democracy tells us that we can do what we want, when we want, and where we want.

Before NAFTA, goods were manufactured by American companies that operated within American borders, and most of those manufacturing jobs were held by American citizens. Supporters of NAFTA argued that it must be created to expand trade between the North American countries (Canada, Mexico, and the U.S.). This was supposed to increase sales which in turn would make profits larger. And, profits did increase. But, eventually factories moved to Mexico and were imported to the U.S. instead of exported from. Mexican labor is much cheaper, so corporations found they could turn a bigger profit by hiring more workers--increasing production--and, still, maintain a significantly smaller payroll. And by operating outside of the U.S., they do not have to pay specific taxes and fees for regulation and inspection/certification fees. Safety is also not as big of an issue. So, what is lost here? American jobs and federal, state, and local taxes and revenue.

It is now a trend for U.S. based corporations to leave U.S. borders, either by outsourcing jobs oversees or manufacturing products completely outside of the U.S. Take a look at the products you most use day-to-day; your clothes, electronics, etc. are not made in the U.S. even though many of these are made by American companies. This leaves thousands to millions of citizens without work and the opportunity to participate in the great realm of capitalism. People cannot support their families or even themselves. The old saying is true: The rich get richer… The non-rich are, as a whole, getting poorer. So, less homes are bought, less small businesses are started, and tax revenue diminishes.

As taxes paid by the people decrease and dependence on social services increase, funding for those programs across the board suffers. We don’t have money for roads, schools, fire and crime fighting, defense, water, electricity, mail services… The list goes on and on. Some people may say that the “solution” is to privatize it all. Give me a break! If everything is privatized, government as a whole loses all power and the one percent seizes power, and that is the end of our false sense of democracy. Privatization is what got us where we are in the first place. Corporations want to make profits at all costs; actually that’s at “no costs”.

So, as an American, you must decide: Will I compete with the third world and work for a minimal wages (not minimum wage, the most THEY are willing to pay you) or remain unemployed? Will we continue to allow our jobs to be shipped overseas while the quality of life here in our home-country and there decrease? Look what is happening… States are broke. We have the biggest deficit in American history. Companies have been bailed out. Banking institutions and Wall St. are now thriving. Production has increased. Profits are up. Americans are still unemployed. Enough money is not put back into the American economy. People and corporations no longer pay taxes and this is not enough to maintain an economical balance.

Pretty soon the U.S. corporations will no longer need Americans for them to thrive. The world market is much larger, and there are a lot more people to exploit. That is why corporations are push to “spread democracy” to the many countries elsewhere. Americans will be reduced to rummaging through dumpsters to find food and clothing that was thrown away by the slave-wage workers who are employed by capitalism’s big wigs. The government will depend on those same companies for kickbacks.

The roles will be changed. Large corporations will not look towards their respective government for bailouts. The government will search for large corporations to bail IT out (just ignore the Federal Reserve for now…). Then, like all of the countries you know nothing about that are being used by corporations to turn a profit, the USA will stand in line to be raped… Right now, she is walking alone through the dark, empty ally. So, go ahead and privatize to finally realize that we will be run by the one percent who monopolize… Wake up And Smell The B.S. Otherwise, deal with smelling the piles of trash, hazardous materials, and decomposing bodies just outside your front door… if you can afford one.

Here is yet another video that should spark your interests. This video, in a school child age nut-shell, just explained what J.R. just said. Watch this video!!! This video has been the subject of conservative talk radio and TV with the guise of: Indoctrination of our children.

Let me ask all of you a question. If someone, maybe a teacher or parent, told you how things worked in the world and gave you every tool and opportunity to help change or fix it would you? Or would you be like everyone else and demand from your parents the latest clothes, shoes and gadgets that we want and really don't need? Know your sub-conscious answer, how could you then call the people who are actually trying teach our children indoctrinators. This is starting to sound like my Obama's school speech article.

So then let me digress. Big business works because little people don't understand it. That lack of understanding lets big business do what anything they want to the little people, because the little people not only don't understand it, but want to be told how to spend there hard earned money. Now the dilemma: Big business took all the jobs away and we are now in a recession. But we still spend our money the same exact way. That is why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

If you watch the video, it explains how we outsource our "resources" and turn other countries into third worlds. That cycle does and will come around.

The question is: Are you going to let your kids learn how to fix it?

Protect Insurance Companies PSA from Will Ferrell

I saw a portion of these on MSNBC. I didn't even listen to what the pundits were saying about them afterwards and don't care. These videos are a few of the most PATRIOTIC videos I've seen in a long time! But there is something even more surprising than the videos. PEOPLE TOOK THEM SERIOUSLY! People actually believed that these people actually agreed with the satire they were spitting all over their faces. That is sad... truly sad.

I don't think that it takes a hilarious group of comedians or a clever group of people from all over this country, to realize that we are being raped and manipulated by the powers that be! I do think that if it does take a hilarious group of comedians and a clever group of people from all over this country, to realize this... then, you need to read a damn book!

Things, such as the problems that we are having today, have been going on since the beginning of time. So that means that the people who have been in power since the beginning of time have been using the same tactics against you! You don't want to learn about it. You don't want to read about it. You don't want to listen about it. But, you'll pay attention to some satirical actors? That makes no sense!

Somebody asked me if I thought that those videos were funny and accurate. I replied with an emphatical: "WHY YOU DON'T!?!" There can't be a regular, hard working health care-reform agree-or-disagree American who doesn't take some offence to the true feelings of health care executives. These satirical accounts give you a microscopic glimpse into those feelings. Agree or disagree with reform, you have to agree on the elite greed that has taken our nation captive.

Yes. That there is a major problem with Americans; not wanting to know anything. No one wants to pick up a book. Information is flung to them through a TV screen or computer monitor. Those are the only facts Americans are aware of; who's been voted off the show, or what some pundit has told them. (Barack Obama was not born in the U.S.). So satire or fiction is always taken at face value. This guy today told me that he gets his awareness from "watching movies based on true stories". So, six years after something has happened, an instance where a woman hit a man with her car and drove home with the man stuck in her windshield is brought to his attention, and he, now, feels well informed.

We are in a nation whose citizens would much rather follow a televised singing or dance competition that has no bearing on their lives as opposed to a political campaign that will definitely directly affect their everyday lives. And, the same citizens know more about the competitors of the show than they do about their city councilman, representative, or senators. Name your state's senators. How many senators represent your state in the U.S. Senate? Who won American Idol last season? Who was voted off Dancing With The Stars this week?

Well, I'll just end this now, because the more I type, the more I become aggitated and angry with the ignorance lovers of this "great" country. Wake Up And Smell The B.S.

So… Gen. McChrystal & others believe that a troop increase is needed to combat the growing Taliban insurgency. This tells me one of two things: The last eight years have been wasted, and the many men and women who have died have done so in vain. Or, the above assumption is false and is politically motivated. Supposedly, we have been fighting a war in Afghanistan since 2001 against the Taliban and in search of Usama Bin Laden, but we still haven’t found him; and, the Taliban is stronger than ever. So, I have come to the conclusion that the U.S. is not as powerful as she boasts to be. The U.S. intelligent agencies have failed, along with the United States’ military. When the Taliban was over five times the size it is now, the present U.S. and NATO forces were sufficient enough to construct a strong offensive against insurgency. But now that the total size of the Taliban is under 10,000, more troops are needed. Huh?

What am I missing? Is the war in Iraq over? Since the withdrawal of U.S. forces from major Iraqi cities, the media coverage of the Operation Iraqi Freedom has gone from diminished to demolished. The focus is now put on the episode in Afghanistan. So, the problem is never where the real trouble is; the problem is where the attention is. This is only a play by the powers that be (I.e. Robert Gates). The same way that George “What?” Bush used the media to convince us ignorant Americans to invade a country that posed no immediate or distant threat to the U.S. is being used, yet again, to escalate an un-winnable war in a country that was as stable as it has ever been--before having its government overthrown by foreign powers. That’s right. U.S. officials marveled at the fact that the Taliban was able to stable the area of Afghanistan after all of the turmoil it had gone through throughout the last century.

To thank them, we overthrew them, demolishing their infrastructure, and threw the people of Afghanistan into more impoverished conditions. Their military, what we call the Taliban today, was almost completely wiped out. That brings me to another question: Who makes up this “insurgency”? It is the children of the Taliban men who were killed or captured. It is the patriotic Afghani who has witnessed his living conditions gradually or abruptly deteriorate over the past years. It is the man who cannot feed his family, so he plants roadside bombs at $50 a pop (No pun intended).

A troop increase will never better the situation there. Our mere presence in the region is the fuel that ignites violence against U.S. troops. The more troops we send, the more ordinary Arab people become terrorists. Now, the motives that fuel “experts” to conclude that there is a need for a larger military presence is pure political and economical. With an increase in troops comes an increase in funding, an increase in defense contracts and defense contractor money, and pertinent industries. What better way to make money than by selling the U.S. government gear, weapons, and logistical support?

With the Republican Party owning a vast minority (haha… I swear I’m not taking sides.) in Congress, they have run out of tactics. Their “Trash Obama” campaign is not panning out as expected. I do believe that it has been rather entertaining though. The next tactic is to get “Barack O-Sambo” in a lose-lose situation. He can take the side of being against a troop increase, then Republicans can say, “He’s soft on terrorism.” or, “He’s costing the fine men and women of the military their lives.” If he agrees with the Republicans who constructed the plan and sides with increasing troops, then it becomes his war in much of the way that the war in Iraq is associated with Bush. Then, when we lose--or to save face, withdraw, thus losing--the blame is placed back on Democrats and Obama. And with an increase comes the need for more funding. If he decides to send additional military personnel, billions more of U.S. dollars will need to be spent. And, you and I know how much Republicans love to point out how much money Democrats are spending. So, by mid-2010 (that’s pronounced “twenty-ten“), when Republicans are gearing up to campaign for the presidency (Yes… It will be that early. It has already started. And, Sarah Palin is still in the front-running. Ugh! Sickening…), they can point out how large the national deficit has grown since “that Black man” has been in office.

There is no Taliban (Well, not in Afghanistan. Let‘s try Pakistan. Oh, we can‘t go there). There is no need to put more young Americans in harm’s way to fight a war they know nothing about. This is just YOUR government (Either party that’s involved in rhetoric is the government.) and YOUR media playing the games of politics and ratings at your expense. These “commanders” are being commanded by their political associations and own conquests for kickbacks in the name of special assignments and appointments. Your children are dying! Your children are dying! Your children are dying! While politicians are using our lives to play politics, you refuse to read the newspaper or watch news broadcasts because “It’s always bad news.” They are telling you what you need to know (if you read between the lies--that’s no typo), but you would rather be ignorant and blind… Open your… Wait! That’s J-One’s signature…

Well, well, well. Trying to steal my signature huh?? I'll let it slide this time because you are more than 100% correct. But, everyone should know me with my responses... I'm going to dance around your subject and make it all tie together. Where should we begin this time...? Oh! That's right!! 2001.

Not too long after 9/11 (actually 3 days after), we already knew how the whole thing was done; from the masterminds to the pilots and from the 3 years before when they were living with an FBI informant to being flight-trained at a military base.... Oh, not that part... Sorry! Anyway, my point is... We already pointed the finger at the Taliban. They even said that if we could provide the proof, then they would gladly cooperate and help look for Usama with us! Well, we never did give them the proof... Just some air strikes that did nothing but piss everybody in Afghanistan off. Hell, we even killed one of our own, a former NFL player, who voided his contract to fight this faux war. I would attack the U.S. if I was in Afghanistan, also. We bombed their country... and found nothing! What does that sound like???

The Troop Increase

This was something that was heavily debated during the 2008 election. How McCain was saying that the troop increase worked and he voted for it and Obama didn't and blah blah blah! Well it didn't work... Because we WITHDREW!!! No victory, a withdrawal. That was Bush's war, so Obama gets no credit (or blame) for that. Now we want to do the same thing. Hmmm... We've been there for 8 years, going on 9, we haven't found what we are looking for (if HE even exists anymore), and now we want to "protect" the people of Afghanistan from it's own GOVERNMENT!!! That's right; a GOVERNMENT, not a TERRORIST group.

Quick History Lesson:

Who was there for Afghanistan after the U.S. used them to beat the Soviet Union in 1989 and then left? The Taliban. Who stabilized a country deemed unstabilizable? The Taliban. So, then who are we to attack them based on pure speculation? When asked to provide proof to the Taliban and the U.S. citizens, there was stalling, hesitation and then a lack of evidence (no evidence to be exact!). Just some food for thought as I continue on!

The Political-Media Circus

The last 9 months have been a political poo-slinging fest. Who flings poo? A monkey. So from here on, I will call the conservative politicians monkeys (some good ol' reverse stereotyping)! The monkeys have blatantly disrupted health care reform, because if passed, the democrats would keep there overwhelming majority in both chambers of Congress. The monkeys have racially divided our country (AGAIN!!!), because that's the engine behind the health care assassination. Now, the monkeys are trying to use the fear of the Arab--mixed with the fear of losing, mixed with the 24-hour news conglomerates--to ensure a win in 2010 and 12. If this sounds like a group of people (sorry I mean monkeys) who are looking out for YOUR best interests, then you really need to leave reality TV alone and pick up a history book. I mean look at the news: SARAH PALIN IS SPEAKING TO THE CHINESE ABOUT REAGANOMICS, ONE OF THE MOST OPPRESSING ECONOMIC PLANS A PRESIDENT HAS EVER PASSED!!! The are so many oxymorons in that sentence that I feel like a moron for having to write it.

Phew! I'm almost exhausted from dodging all the SHIT!! As I look over to some of my fellow American citizens... They are completely covered in it... And like it! They want more. They don't even know what it is, but can't get enough of it. They are walking around reeking of it. They form their opinions from it. They teach their children about it. All the while... IT'S SHIT! MONKEY SHIT! I'm not saying that the Democrats are better, but they are at least trying to DO better. They are for damn sure ACTING better.

There are many people whom without question bluntly label Barack Obama as a communist, even socialist. When questioning his policies or views, the terms are loosely thrown into the argument. He is often compared to Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez. When I take the stance against the claim, I am told that I am wrong, and he is definitely a communist/socialist. Even if he, himself, declares that he is not communist, the opposition sternly rejects the declaration. So, it is held true to many that Barack Obama is both communist and socialist.

So, when I call someone racist, why is it that they emphatically deny my claim? So, then, I become the bad guy for observing their actions and formulating a reasonable conclusion. What is the difference? A “negative” label can be placed on the president and relentlessly defended, but any label on the labeler is without merit?

Don’t get mad when we call you what we view you as when you are doing the same exact thing. If you believe Barack Obama is a communist and hold it to be true, then I am equally right is believing that you are a racist. All the evidence points to it. Your parents were racist, and you were raised in their household. You were indoctrinated since birth to accept your parents’ views. The same way you believed President Obama would indoctrinate children into becoming socialists, by giving ONE speech , you were driven to become the racists that you are by following your parents’ way of life and practices. For you to not come out of that circumstance with your own, totally different views goes entirely against the sciences of psychology and sociology.

Now, I ask you to give me reliable evidence to convince me that Obama is communist. Is it because you don’t like what he stands for? Is it because you can’t bare the fact that you were raised to believe that niggers are inferior to “God-loving” white folk, and the president of the country that gave you that state of mind is a nigger? Is it that he is converting our “republic” to a nation that is run by one party? Or is it because you don’t even know what Communism is? Anyway, if you have studied Communism, you would know that it thrives on having all people treated equally with the same economic, social, and civil rights. If you are against someone for being somewhat communism, you are saying that your founding fathers were wrong in believing all men should be created equal--unless you believe when it was written that this equality would only be allotted to men who looked like them (white). I believe most of you do not know what Communism is. I, on the other hand, know what racism means. So, I am more justified in calling you a racist.

I don’t usually find myself directing my posts at particular people, but you really have me pissed off now. The problem is that when men like Barack Obama mention the word change, the fear that provoked whites to brutally attack Blacks with dogs, fire hoses, Billy clubs, guns, fire, rope, and words for attempting to gain equal rights and protection under the law prompts today’s racists to orchestrate their own 21st century-style attacks. These attacks only show that they are just as ignorant as their parents and stand just as firmly against change. So, I’ll give it to you. For the sake of argument, Barack Obama is a Communist. But, that is not as bad as being a racist. And… You are a racist. Wake Up & Smell The B.S.

Well put, my astute colleague. Couldn't have put it better myself. Of course, I will add my 100 cents (which is an American dollar by the way). I said that because that is what all this hoop-la deep-fries to. MONEY!!! We are in so deep in our own "debt" that capitalism has turned into our form of government. It really doesn't matter what the republicans or democrats say anymore, they are going to do what's best for "them" anyway. It doesn't matter who the President of the United States is anymore, they are going to do what they want anyway. But, a lot of people seem to have a problem now. A lot of people are actually listening to what their elected officials are saying and are especially listening to what the first "Black" president is saying and doing.

Why is that? Lets take a look back at our country 8 years ago... to a time when America was a "better" place. Well, let us see... We had a president that "we could have a beer with". He was the son of a former president who really didn't do anything monumental for our country either, unless of course you were rich. (There's the money again!!) When Dubya was in office, he tried to give all the brakes, gaps, and loopholes to all the rich. Hell, he even lied to us and started a war on top of another war that made no sense. Do you remember what was passed after 9/11 (and I'm not talking about the Patriot Act.)? None other than the famed: "Republican tax cuts" that help so few gain so much more. No one called him a communist or socialist. In fact he had an approval rating of over 90% at the time (I wonder who they were polling!!) No one even thought to question most of what he was doing. And if they were, it obviously wasn't good enough. These cuts among a gang of other things that weren't being watched or regulated led to our "economic" crisis.

When the Republicans started figuring out that they were going to lose the 2008 election, they blamed everyone but themselves for having fiscal irresponsibility which led to some begging for help. Then came a "Bush" bailout which had to happen. Nobody, still, is calling this guy a communist or socialist, nor relating him to Castro or Hitler. (More on that in just a few more sentences.) Then he's out of office and out of mind. So let;s blame the resident "blackie" for all of our problems now... That's a great target. Let's blame someone who hasn't been a part of ,nor can change, most of the initiatives put in place by Dubya for at least a year... That seems to make sense. The chants, rants, signs, and smears all sound like what J.R. was saying to me! Let's put it more into perspective...

UH-OH... ANOTHER QUICK HISTORY LESSON!!!!

How do you think Hitler came to power so quickly? Anyone??? Well, ask Dubya... Better yet, ask his grandfather whose bank laundered most of his money here in America and funded both sides of World War II. Think I'm lying? Look it up! If anyone needs to be considered Hitler, it would be Dubya... Go to Wikipedia, no better yet get an ENCYCLOPEDIA and read about the "Enabling Act" and see what that might sound like here in America. When it comes to communism and socialism, you're looking at it backwards. Capitalists are afraid of communism and socialism because it doesn't create classes--which in turn--doesn't create mind-numbing power and influencing wealth. So let's reverse it... Let's create a system where the social elite help each other out to ensure their wealth; Screw everyone else--they don't deserve to be in our class. Then, you have reverse communism... Let's create a butt load of classes to confuse everyone and still take all of their money. That sounds horrible doesn't it? Well, that's what we have turned into. Now the question is... WHO IS EVERYONE!?!

Just like I said... EVERYONE! Black, white, Asian, Hispanic... It doesn't matter. Everyone who is not them. All the tea partiers and town hall disruptors they are included to. Even some of the politicians aren't included in this reverse socialist-communist-capitalism. That is just too long to say, so I'll shorten it. Let's call it ELITISM!!! That sounds perfect and all of "YOU" are playing your part.

So go ahead keep calling your deep seated, indoctrinated, parental views that now become yours, patriotism. Racism comes in all different shapes, sizes,and colors. It's just that, now, the majority has become a rectangle that can fit in your pocket and is green. This group doesn't care who you are or what you believe, but you slave, kill, and die for it and have no idea that it has no value. These "elites" use this group against you for their own benefit. They may act like you, sound like you, even claim they go to the same church, but they are nothing like you. While you were taught to do well in school to get a good job, they simply had to attend it for a while so they could become your boss. While you were taught the "golden rule", they were taught the "green" rule, which is make it and take it by any means necessary.

So there is no more need for the racism, bigotry, and hate. WE ARE ALL ON THE SAME TEAM. We just never knew it. In order to stop what has been used against us, we must do a few things:

It was reported that President Obama supports extending some "un"-Patriot Act provisions. This seems to be a complete campaign contradiction and proof for some that Obama is just another former President Bush. This comes with other news that the administration is also going to extend the trade embargo with Cuba. Where is the change?

Maybe, Glenn Beck's 9/12 project is working. "Returning America to the way it was on 9/12!" Well, lets see: We are on the verge of a race war. We are continuing the Patriot Act. Trillions of dollars are being funneled from us to a few people, while we talk to President Carter about what Kanye did at the VMA's!! Enough is enough!

I am proud to say that my outlook on the election is proving to be true. I haven't really liked President Obama since he turned his back on Rev. Wright. No matter how you feel about the good Reverend, he made valid points that if Obama had agreed with... he might have lost the election, but shown some REAL change we could believe in. What does he do instead... rebuke his former pastor, get elected and do the same crap Bush did! Who looks like the ranting fool now.

The "un"-Patriot Act is pretty much the primer for the execution of the constitution because: "America's chickens have come home to roost!" He vowed in his campaign this was going to be history upon his election. Now we want to keep some of it? Keeping some of Bush's cabinet members was ban enough and keeping "un"-Patriot Act is just.... just.... unpatriotic!

Cuba is another issue. It's hard to talk about Cuba when people either don't know where it is, or think it's the devil because that's what they were told in school. Well, I'm going to give you the quickest history lesson never told. READY: Cuba is hated by our government because, the person who was in power before Castro let America rape the land of it's natural resources. Then in comes Castro trying to preserve the land, pushing the tycoons out of the country and in comes the trade embargoes, anti-communist propaganda, and missile crises which helped turn Cuba into an almost alienated third world country. Don't believe me...? Look it up.

So, this is what happens to a whole country if the United States doesn't get what it wants! Hmmm.... intriguing! So, out of pure speculation, I'm guessing Obama didn't like what Cuba had to say when he was trying to reach out to his Hispanic voters and have talks with Cuba. I guess they aren't able to re-rape the country for resources that we "desperately" need. Or maybe, it's another political move to distance himself from REAL change we can believe in!

I must say... I agree with you J-One. But, through my research of the history of this country, I have found that it is the politician's job to get people to vote for him. That is it. The way to survive and maintain a job is to get elected and re-elected. It is in the big corporations' interests to cast Cuba out of our markets based on the fact that the Cubans refuse to give more than what is given.

The absence of change is the reason we are still fully committed to the war in Afghanistan nearly 8 years after we invaded; and, we are still talking about increasing troop levels. This gives me an eerie experience of deja vu. Maybe this has happened not too long ago in a place called Iraq.

But, I do see an attempt at change: the whole health care debacle. A great opportunity to fight the powers (huge corporations). Telling these companies that you will no longer be allowed to make profit at the expense of millions of American's lives is a rather bold statement and a separative path away from the administration before. But, there is always a downside to being the "good politician"--if the term even exists or make sense. When you began to make attempts to cause any kind of impact on a company, you are asking for blow back. When their interests are at stake, corporations talk of layoffs immediately or how the changes will effect the economy negatively. And, a good politician does not want to hold the burden of pissed off constituents, because he still needs these people for election. In the instance of Rev. Wright, Obama was seeking election and his image was twisted negatively, so he did what he thought would improve his chances for election.

The system is not set up for people who want to put all of their ideas ahead of all else. Outside forces, actually, determine an official's votes and causes. Some of these outside forces are: lobbyists, polls & approval ratings, and of course, party affiliation. Lobbyists for corporations or causes lean on officials using vises of campaign contributions as well as the influences they have on voters. Officials want to stay on the people's good sides. They want to be liked; settling for the opposite could mean no election or re-election. Being affiliated with a particular party, also, stands in the way of change. The official is almost obligated to automatically oppose the other party's stance; this is a HUGE problem in the U.S. because of the two party dominance. Adopting another party's view can alienate the official from his or her own party. Political figures needs their own party's prominent figures for endorsements in elections as well as support for candidacy for higher posts and other billets.

In essence, an elected official must appeal to the mainstream. No minority is significant enough, unless that minority's power is enough to directly affect the mainstream. This has been Mr. Obama's position. He has, so far, ignored the issues of poverty, crime, and the justice system. Education reform has not yet really been introduced besides a talk to children. There has been no real debate introduced concerning immigration. And, when it comes to the colossal issue of race, President Barack avoids it or denies that there is a problem at all.

There have even been many instances of neglect. Small businesses have been forgotten about, but almost daily there is rhetoric concerning big businesses of Wall St. Troops are still put in harm's way to support the ideals of G.W. Bush and his followers & supporters. And, there is always talk about the American middle class. Issues that plague poor communities are put aside to appeal to the much larger middle class.

In conclusion, people in the system do not change the system; The system changes the people in it. The system cannot be changed, unless the system changes. Yes, we are in new times. Some things have changed. There is a first Black American president. All I say is... We have a new uniform. We have adopted a new mascot. But... We are playing the same game. I was on the Fox News website looking for video or picture for another post I wanted to put up and I came across this: Bin Laden Calls Obama 'Powerless'. I don't want to spread any 9/11 truth propaganda on this site...but correct me if I'm wrong: The FBI's 10 Most Wanted List doesn't indict him for the 9/11 attacks. So why would they say that he is responsible? Why would Bin Laden even say anything at all?

Well it is the weekend after the 8th anniversary of the attacks and it wouldn't be America if we didn't have a "September Surprise" to remind us why we put up with hundreds of troops dying every month. So why not have an address from the man "who is responsible" himself? There are a few problems with this alleged "tape" that was sent... He might actually be right!!!

Hold on before you get the axe and pitch forks and start your angry mob on our site...think about it for a second. If you read what was said that he said, he makes very good and precise points. From a "semi"-journalistic standpoint, he presents his case clearly and actually objectively (if you know anything about Bin Laden). So why would this not be something that American people look at as a sign that this may not be the right thing to do? DUHH Because it's Usama Bin Laden that's why!!! He is the boogie man in the closet that you tell your kids about. He's the sworn enemy of our nation that our kids get indoctrinated to believe. He is the sum of all fears here in the United States of America and he can not possibly make clear and concise points about our wars.

The expected outcome of this tape is to make you remember why we allow our mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, friends and neighbors to die everyday. This tape is to make you remember, (after your weekend of remembering) who our "enemy" is and what our "goal" is. This tape is supposed to stir up resentment that you started to lose. This tape is supposed to make even more of our kids boot up and join in on the fight. This tape is supposed to "promote the previous policies of fear to market the interest of big companies." ...Oops did I put that quote in there!!

Look...I am not pro-terrorist, but the guy makes points that it doesn't take Usama Bin Laden to make. These are the same things that are being said by normal people on a daily basis. Now if you do say these things...your just like Bin Laden.

Great Quote!! That is something that I have stressed for most of my life and applied it to many situations. You can't fix anything if you do not know what has caused its "malfunction". After 9/11/2001, Americans stupidly acted emotionally and was quick to engage in one of histories most significant games of "follow the leader". That leader was G.W. Bush, of course.

So emotions caused common citizens as well as "the elite", officials within the government, to go along with anything suggested by this man and his staff. For years, we were yes-men and-women. Not once did any one of us ask "Why did they do this?". We jumped into war and later asked, "Why are we here(Iraq & Afghanistan)?" The answer was always because they had attacked us, and we were getting revenge.

My questions were: Who attacked us? Why did they attack us? What Should We Do?

Haha. At least one of these questions, I believe, I've found an answer to. This entire situations just shows the ignorance of the American public. Just this week, I took time out of my day to explain to someone considerably older than me (I'm a little over a quarter century old.) that Al Qaeda & the Taliban are two completely separate entities. The only thing that tie the two together is that the Taliban seized control of Afghanistan after the Soviets failed to properly conquor the area before I was even born--I'm not saying that is when the Taliban seized control; just when the invasion happened--and Al-Qaeda was formed by the freedom fighters who were funded and trained by the U.S. to ensure Afghanistan wasn't taken by the Soviets.

In that simplicity, there lies entirely different perplexing complexities that we will not get on this post. But, Osama Bin Laden is no stupid or ignorant man. He KNOWS why he or Al Qaeda is fighting. And, the fact that he sees Obama cannot do much to change the course of the war in Afghanistan proves that he thinks on a level much higher than the average, or even, above-average American. Yes, Defense Secretary Robert Gates was with the previous adminstration and is a direct cause to why we are in the position we are today. He is able to steer the war in whatever direction he wants, just as was done with Bush.

And, oh how did i love "...promote the previous policies of fear to market the interest of big companies." The role of capitalism has been obsured by the mention of "keywords" like democracy and freedom. We want them to have a democracy, so that the direction of their country can change and longstanding traditions fall. Then, American companies can have the freedom to go in and make BIG MONEY. Oh did I say anything about oil? No? Well, we already know this. But, you must also realize that selling more cars to Middle Easterners is need to feed American economy. More McDonald's restaurants, more Wal-Marts, more Chase banks. What we really want to do change the way they dress and what they eat; their devotion to their religion. We want to remove the hijab, the burqah, the niqab, the abaya, the jilbab, the serwal. Maybe we want to sell the women expensive make-up, skin and hair care products. Maybe we want to sell the Muslim man a Old Navy galabeya and the women Gap burqahs. The list is never-ending: Hanes jilbab, Levi serwal, Sean Jean Haj belts, etc...

Ok, I'll accept it; Usama bin Laden is my enemy, because he'll kill innocent Americans at all costs. But starting wars against Islamic people for the reasons of democracy & freedom is a ticket that I ain't buying. Wake Up And Smell The B.S.

This is what I mentioned I was looking for in the last post. I am disturbed, shocked and appalled that I had to witness this on my daily news channel surf.

My post from last week talked about how some conservative parents did not want their children to go to school the day President Obama was set to give a speech, for fear of socialistic indoctrination. Could these parents be the same parents who are being indoctrinated by this deliberate, insensitive and inappropriate display of desensitisation? I could see if this was a prime time to late night news documentary with a viewer discretion warning attached...but when I saw it, it was about 11:25 in the morning eastern time.

Like the last post...somebody needs justification for countless and needless deaths overseas. First, it was by default (September 11th anniversary). Then by tape (Bin Laden). Now by blatant displays of graphic violence on network news in the middle of the day. Of course the next thing that was talked about was health care and race and blah blah blah. I know that President Obama's administration lifted the ban on images of "caskets" bearing dead troops, but is this the result of that freedom?

I obviously am using my right to free speech to create and post my view on this blog, but I use a little tool called: DECENCY!! I don't want my right to free speech, nor any right that I have for that matter, to be limited. But, every right has a responsibility and it seems that the mainstream media is not accepting of that responsibility now more than ever. I'm not just attacking Fox News (though they set themselves up for it everyday), I'm attacking everyone who on TV considers themselves a journalist. This is getting ridiculous, and no one is holding them accountable.

For the first time in my young life, I have never felt so used, abused and manipulated like a drunk girl at a prom after-party. I give my country credit, as does everyone else, that my government is doing what it does to protect and serve ME! But, what are they doing to protect the way I think about the world? What are they doing to protect my families financial standing? What are they doing to promote good values and order? Well from the past 23 years that I have been living...NOTHING!

When I was in high school, I got sent to detention because I asked if Hitler may have thought that he was doing the right thing and didn't stop asking until I got an answer. I didn't even care about the world around me then. It was just eating me up that history was one sided. I was told I was being disruptive to the class and sent away. That was in school. What do you think would happen if I said that NOW??

It is apparent that someone is making trillions from the war, economic crisis, health care and any other important issue that is making people misguidedly stand up for themselves and their country. So instead of worrying about who is going to pay for the reforms that we need...how about we get back the money that was taken from us and given to the pockets of a few? (Money doesn't disappear...it just changes hands.)

A lot of people say that this is a Christian nation yet no one acts Christ like. Our elected officials who are supposed to be the representation of our state and country are corrupt fornicators. We have the highest crime rate in the world. We don't even want to have a health care system that wants to take care of everyone regardless of their financial status, income or situation. This doesn't sound Christ like to me.

What does any of this have to do with what I saw this morning, you may ask. Everything!!

We don't know how to think for ourselves anymore. We allow ourselves to be instinctively manipulated by images, keywords, colors of people skin and financial status'. We "speak out", yet don't know what we are talking about. We "listen", but don't know what to listen for. We "act", but don't know who, what and why we act. That video was supposed to trigger an insensitive response in your brain and body to say: "HAHA....Those stupid insurgents killed themselves...I'm glad it wasn't our troops!" But that was just one bomb out of may that will be planted and go off today.

You are being shown what "they" want you to see in order to get a response that "they" will reap the benefits of. Who are "they"...I'm not gonna tell you! You need to "First extract the rafter from your own eye, and then you will clearly see how to extract the straw that is in your brother's eye." We all know this quote....because we are a Christian nation...right???

The desensitizing, as you write, has been going on since the inception of the television. Through the years, the images of sex and violence have become an intrinsically part of the “hell-a-vision”--as someone recently expressed to me--experience. Daily, we are fed these images to numb us to it connotations--that being promiscuousness and violence are a normal part of life and our existences.

With this, reiterating the fact that we are by nature selfish, we are desensitized to the point where the target of the violence must be some outward entity. If the violence is directed towards the “hero” or “star” of the movie, sitcom, or even cartoon, it is viewed as an aggressive act upon the viewer, since we are so invested in the character.

The reason that the images of the returning caskets were banned was to ensure that the American public, after seeing the steady influx of American bodies during “Vietnam”, would not become emotional as a reaction to the aggressive acts towards themselves, since we were so invested in the lives of the American troops sent to a far-off land to protect the United States’ interests. The idea was to never again have a nation of people acting emotionally opposing America’s aggressive acts towards others.

So, the images of the “enemies” or “bad guys” in this real world reality show, War On Terrorism, only excites it’s viewers when they are blown up, shot, and shredded to pieces. So, the media knowing this, will only feed images of the bad guy getting his due, which winds up being a great tool in coaxing the public to pick the side of the hero. Thus, it is not an issue of propaganda; but, it is used as a contrivance of propaganda. In the world of Network News Hollywood and the media-industrial complex (lol… I threw that in just for you J-One), it is a better script to present to the masses, all while gaining the hearts of their friends within the government and turning a huge profit from ratings.

This is not to say that the powers that be within the government do not lean on the networks; the mere fact that the broadcasting of returning caskets was banned shows that the government’s agenda is forced upon the networks. As long as we see that the enemy is killing himself--or we are killing the enemy--and the enemy is not killing us, we continue to support the war or express no concern either way. Until it is shown that we, too, are being blown into pieces, we will remain quiet and absorb the great joy of watching lesser mortals’ body parts fly towards the screens that serve as a screen to keep us detached from actual happenings within it. In Vietnam, the images were on the tube (we can hardly use that term nowadays) often, and people grew tired of seeing their brothers, sons, fathers, cousins, and friends decrepit or dead. Now, we see the brothers, fathers, sons cousins, and friends of people who we view as enemies decrepit or dead; and, it is okay. Why? Because, that hides the fact that OUR brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, fathers, mothers, cousins, and friends are decrepit or dead! Wake Up & Smell The B.S.

Does anyone ever take a step back or the time to consider this “dream” that most Americans adopt? From adolescence to adulthood, we embrace this broad term as a philosophy for our mere being and purpose in life. The American Dream, as I view it, is to acquire. It is to acquire, not for others, but for one’s self which an exceptionally selfish act. Americans as a whole hold this dream to be one of prosperity. What must be realized is for one to prosper, others must wane. Thus, our dream is to advance materialistically at the expense of other people’s well-being and survival. With that, your pursuit of the fulfillment of the American Dream, only allows for you to be exploited for other’s to bring the imaginary dream to reality.

This time next week, President Obama wants to address the nations schoolchildren as they return for the 2009-10 school year. It is reported that he wants to encourage them, as they start this new year, to reach their goals and to strive for more. He wants to let the children know, as young as they may be, that education is important, and he wants to show them he is going to do his part. But some parents do not think so.It has also been reported that many parents don't even want their children to attend school that day for two reasons: (1) The President is going to address them while there is still a heated debate on health care and (2) The Department of Education issued a letter to all schools saying that their students will write a letter to themselves about how they are going to help the President. Parents are saying that they don't want their children to be "indoctrinated in the ways of socialism."

July 15th... Wow! That seems like so long ago. It seems like an eternity for the blog world and two lifetimes for me. Life throws things at you that sometimes you are not able to throw back. With that being said... We Are Back, and there is lots to talk about. If you came to this blog before, we will continue to provide our different points of view for the different issues that face our world. If you are new, welcome.
